Turn an influencer-led brand into a product people would pay for, without losing trust or falling into generic wellness clichés.

Response/Idea

Make wellness about progress, not perfection.
I led the creative direction for the launch and developed the name Feel Better App, building the platform around a simple shift: from perfection to progress. Instead of selling idealised routines, we focused on small, daily wins, realistic changes that make you feel better over time.

This moved the brand away from influencer tropes and into something more grounded, useful and product-led, giving the app a clearer role in people’s lives.

Outcome
The app performed strongly at launch, and Feel Better became the central platform for the product giving Deliciously Ella a more ownable, scalable proposition and helping shift the brand from content to a credible wellness offering
