WorkLife
Role
Creative Director / Art Director
Challenge
Workspaces had become indistinguishable. Everyone was selling desks, community and productivity, but none of it addressed the reality: work had become the thing people needed relief from. The category was saturated, and WorkLife had no clear reason to exist.
Response/Idea
Make WorkLife the escape from bad work
Not a workspace, but a place you go to get away from everything that drains you.
The brand was built around that idea, using animation and character-led storytelling to create a world people could recognise and relate to. Something with its own voice, its own IP, and a tone that felt human rather than corporate.
Everything was designed to live on social, but built to stretch further.
Outcome
The work rolled out across social, OOH and TVC, increasing brand awareness by over 200%. WorkLife established itself as a genuine challenger in the category and continues to grow, opening new locations across London.
All of it was delivered on a £40K budget. Don’t ask how
